Growth With Partnership

I’m Lisa Sullivan, founder and CEO of LS VENTURES. In case we haven’t met in a while or in this capacity, I wanted to reintroduce myself and catch you up on what I’ve been up to:

• Hosted workshops on expanding the concepts self-care and community care
• Created a strategic organizational redesign for a child advocacy group
• Helped a grief-related nonprofit meet their annual fundraising goal — for the next two years
• Facilitated sessions with US2 Consulting
• Supported teams and executive leaders with organizational culture and trust

All of this was possible because I chose to lean into my strengths. I was once a corporate cog in a workplace wheel, but I felt overwhelmed. I loved the days that I could use my strengths to shine, but dreaded the days that required me to mask my talents. LS VENTURES allows me to marry my love for community with my expertise in funding, strategizing, and coaching.
